LACA Dental (“LACA”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how LACA collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you visit lacadental.com, contact us by phone or Messenger, or receive care at a LACA clinic.
It follows Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and related regulations.
1. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, the social media account you use to message LACA, and email if you share it.
- Booking details: your preferred time and reason for the visit.
- Health information: symptoms, photos of your teeth you choose to send, medical history and the clinical records created during your care. This is sensitive personal data and receives a higher level of protection.
- Technical data: this website currently has no data-collection forms and uses no advertising cookies. Our infrastructure providers (web hosting, Cloudflare) may keep technical logs such as IP address and browser type to run and protect the site.
2. How we use it
- To confirm, arrange and remind you of appointments.
- To examine, advise, treat and follow up with you.
- To answer questions and handle feedback and complaints.
- To send dental care tips or offers, only if you agree. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping medical records.
3. Sharing
LACA does not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- The clinic and clinical team caring for you. LACA currently receives patients at Nhu Tam Dental Clinic, 40B Nguyễn Thái Bình, P. Tân Sơn Nhất, TP. Hồ Chí Minh.
- Service providers such as dental labs, practice-management software and messaging platforms, under confidentiality terms.
- Competent authorities when the law requires it.
Messages sent through Messenger are processed on Meta's platform and are also subject to Meta's privacy policy.
4. Storage and security
- Medical records are kept for the period required by Vietnam's medical examination and treatment law.
- Contact and booking details are kept as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them where the law does not require longer retention.
- Only staff who need your information can access it. This website uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
5. Your rights
Under the law, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your data is processed.
- Give, refuse or withdraw consent.
- View and correct your data.
- Request a copy, deletion or restriction of processing, or object to processing, within the limits of the law.
- Complain, report, take legal action and claim compensation as provided by law.
