Warranty & aftercare policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

“Long-term care” means LACA keeps looking after you once treatment is finished.

1. Aftercare guidance

After each treatment, you receive guidance on home care, what to avoid and the signs that mean you should contact us.

2. Follow-up visits

  • Your dentist schedules follow-ups based on the type of treatment.
  • Routine check-ups are usually recommended about every 6 months, depending on your condition.

3. Warranty

The warranty period and conditions for each service and material (for example ceramic restorations or implants) are written in your treatment plan or the warranty card we give you. Please keep your warranty card and treatment records.

Situations usually not covered (see the warranty card for each service):

  • Missing follow-up visits your dentist scheduled.
  • Damage from accidents, impacts or other external force.
  • Adjustments or treatment of the work by another provider.
  • Not following aftercare instructions.

4. When to contact us right away

Call 0905 304 999 or message us on Messenger if you have:

  • Pain that gets worse or does not ease after a few days.
  • Swelling, prolonged bleeding or fever.
  • A filling, crown or restoration that is loose or has come off.

If you have danger signs such as rapidly spreading swelling or difficulty breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest medical facility straight away.
