1. How to book
- Call 0905 304 999.
- Message us on Messenger at m.me/lacadental.
Please tell us your name, phone number, preferred time and the reason for your visit.
2. Confirmation
Your appointment is held once LACA confirms it by phone or message. Opening hours: 8:00–12:00 and 13:30–20:00. Messages sent outside these hours are answered during the next opening period.
3. Before your visit
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in.
- Bring any previous X-rays, prescriptions or dental records.
- Tell your dentist about medicines you take and conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, blood pressure or drug allergies.
- Let your dentist know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Patients under 18 need to come with a parent or guardian.
4. Changing or cancelling
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can by phone or Messenger, so we can offer the time to another patient.
5. If you are running late
We will do our best to fit you in. If there is not enough time left for a safe exam, we will offer another time so patients booked after you are not affected.
6. If LACA needs to reschedule
If your dentist is unexpectedly unavailable, we will tell you as early as possible and suggest another suitable time.
Severe pain, swelling or bleeding that will not stop? Call 0905 304 999 during opening hours. Outside opening hours, or if symptoms are serious, go to the nearest medical facility.
